Offshore
Slow going with just 3 Common Scoter and 2 Shag seen through the early morning gloom.
Grounded Migrants
Again thrushes led the way with 13 Song Thrush, 9 Redwing and 3 Blackbird grounded early morning before they inevitably moved on. Also seen was another Blackcap.
Diurnal Migration
Although 840 Starling appeared through the murk little else was moving with just 8 Meadow Pipit, 4 Pink-footed Geese, 2 alba Wagtail and a single Twite logged.
Wildfowl and Waders
The Brent Goose flock held 28 pale-bellied birds.
Miscellaneous
At least one Water Rail remains and 2 Merlin were recorded.
Butterflies
Small numbers of Red Admiral remain on the wing.
