Marsh Harrier flies through

Offshore
A pale phase Arctic Skua harried a feeding flock of 320 Sandwich Tern and 20 Gannet on the flooding tide at midday. Coordinated observations earlier in the day (0830-1000) produced 180 Sandwich Tern, 3 Guillemot, 50 Gannet and single Red-throated Diver and Kittiwake.
Diurnal Migration
A female Marsh Harrier flew through and hirundines remain on the move with 10 House Martin and 5 Swallow logged.
Grounded Migrants
A single Wheatear was seen.
